This could be so much better if it included the music from the NHS Choices Couch to 5K podcast series. The music was motivational, but above all in sync with the walk/run cycle. I can't recommend this app over the podcasts for that very reason.
The app is great, it got me running and I'm now week 6! Not very happy that all my data deleted... The music I'm listening to is always much louder that the coach's voice so I always have to pause the music so I can hear what they are saying which is very annoying. Hope this will get resolved soon.
I loved this app. Had never run before. It took me 12 weeks to complete the 9 week programme as I had surgery at week 7 but my recovery was all the quicker for being a bit fitter. Went out this morning and was so looking forward to ticking off the last run of the programme. When I discovered the app had updated and lost all my runs I actually cried.
I have used this app in the past to get running and worked really well. Since the last update app now stops when I press go to run.
No good making it look better if it doesn't work. Was fine before but deleted all my info which at week 8 was painful. Now crashes halfway through. So useless now.
It's a good app and I will continue using, however I can't really hear the trainer over my music. My music fades as the groomer speaks, but the trainer still speaks at the same volume as the music so bus rather pointless.
The improvements are far reaching and include:
