This app will randomly not work now and then, for seemingly no reason— just straight up fails to log in, providing an error message. This issue will happen every few months, sometimes I think the issue's been fixed, but then 3-4 months later bam, suddenly the app is non-functional for days or weeks at a time for no reason. Bad developer team. update: It's at the point that I have to clear app data every single time I want to log into the app, and now even that doesn't work. Useless app

Their customer service email option never goes through, I just get an error when I try to send an inquiry. AES also takes DAYS to process payments/pull funds from your bank account after the due date, which has caused financial issues for me many times. It's my opinion that they do this to bait late fees and increased interest rates. Avoid them if you have the choice.

Don't use the app, just use the website. When it works, it works, but I've had more situations where it doesn't. Biometric login rarely if ever works. No matter how many times I tell the app to remember me, it fails. Maintenance windows are never announced, which has caused me to be unable to login from the app and not be able to pay my balances on time, causing my credit score to drop. When contacting support for these issues, they tell me to just use the website, not helpful at all.
