Very poor app for the appliance itself. Can't connect two the same devices at the same time and what's more, constantly struggling with even one. The WiFi is all fine for any other home devices and the app settings is showing Connected but the device page says it's not. When it's working, it's ok, sometimes it's showing negative figures for time and it's opening very slowly, my phone is Pixel 5 and it's a very fast phone, it's just the app which is not built for purpose.

The recipes are good, the app isn't! Have to re login, with an emailed security code, nearly everyday. It's kinda unstable, also if your cooking and minimizing the app it always reopens and you need to look up and load up recipe again... Crazy design. Had multiple times that the app can't sync a cooking setting (time and temp.) to my linked Air fryer, so that's useless too -- it just says error after trying/or crashes. but if i start the air fryer the app will show the Remaining time.👎

Rubbish app. Recent update lost appliance data and also my login - had to go through entire setup again although my account was still on the server. It happened again! All my appliance data lost, requiring me to go through the entire set up again. Rather than repeat that process each time I want to use the app, I uninstalled it.
