The app crashes out and makes me re login quite literally every delivery. So many times it has stopped working and failed to mark the order as delivered, leading to it going "late" in the system. Update: The app has somehow gotten even worse over time. Now it always freezes for 5-10 seconds between ANY action you try to take, and constantly disconnects all day long, so the orders don't get tagged as delivered. Many times I have to even re-add my store to the app entirely.

This app is an absolute NIGHTMARE! I'm beyond furious. It's a miracle if I can even complete a single delivery without this garbage freezing up or crashing entirely. Every. Single. Time. I have to restart the app just to get it working again, only for it to inevitably die on me mid-route. But the absolute last straw? There was a delivery for $30 tip, and the damn app assigned it to DoorDash. Won't even give me an option to cancel it so DoorDash driver end up with that $30 dollars tip.

Terrible service. This app is quite possibly the worst thing to have ever been used to the market. It constantly crashes, it constantly has connectivity errors, it does not bring people back from deliveries on time or ever. Calling or emailing support gets a response in about 1 to 2 business weeks. The built-in map feature deposits you in the middle of intersections and busy streets three blocks away from the address you are supposed to be delivering to. This app is just as bad on IPhone as well
