About this app

e-Khidmat is the flagship project of Government of Punjab. Multiple services are being offered to the citizens under one roof. Customers can not only get information and required documents but can get prior appointments as well. Customers can track and get details of the Application by ID and Services at E-Khidmat Center.

e-Khidmat mobile app concepts to integrate governmental services under one roof for citizens, easing Citizens vs. Governmental inter-phase. These services include the issuance of Warehouses Construction Permit (Lahore), Construction Services, and many other services like Birth Certificate, Character Certificate, Death Certificate, Marriage Certificate, Divorce Certificate, Domicile Certificate, Token Tax, CNIC, Issuance of Fard, Motor Vehicle Registration, Vehicle Transfer Ownership, Route Permit, Learners Driving License, Nadra e-Sahulat, and Traffic Fine Collection.

very much poor application, when ever I tried to go for complain it always says to connect internet and try again even though all of other things are working perfectly on my phone and the wifi is showing excellent signals, I even try to submit my complain through my cellular data still it showing same

I paid 7245 PKR to renew my license for five years. The payment was done by my own JazzCash. The full fee was deducted but I could not updated license at my postal address. Now I could not pay new license fee in the system, asked khidmat cell Rahim Yar Khan, but they said my application was flagged, but the solution will come from Lahore, they don't have any power to anend or modify my application. Traffic Complaint office now not resubmit my application to pay fee again

The app is not working at all. It doesn't open properly and keeps crashing. Even the official website is not opening - it shows an error or fails to load every time. Please fix this issue as soon as possible so users can access the services without any problem.
