I used to love it and am a regular long time customer. But off late recently, there are delays in processing, are they going downside? I wish they shouldn't. Also help option is very limited and time consuming. No phone number mentioned. If your issue is not listed in there help section, then no option for us to report. Also, no place to track the previous issues raised. I left a message in chat but now there is no option to go back to it to see if there was an update from them. I wish they fix all this and continue to be very good online pharmacy app.

Paying more than mrp with 1 coupon and wallet credit applied. on time promise is auto applied and can't uncheck it. Plus membership gets added automatically everytime in your cart. delivery fee and handling fee are seperate charges. "Doctors" calls to change medecine from order to a option they makes the most profit. This is the greediest business practices ever

Their ontime or free offer if sample collection is delayed is clear cheat and fraud offer. If they are not able to fullfill it they will reschedule it again and again to make the customer fool. Shameless creatures. When not able to fullfill why are they giving offers? I wish I could give lesser than a star to this app. It always sucks & always fails on commitment. Had very bad experience earlier too in purchase of medicines many times MOQ for free delivery & membership fees are also too high.
