Wallet not showing in payment options since many days even my wallet is having balance. It always shows only accounts for payment option. No automated options available regarding this issue. Customer care number is no way helpful. Just IVR only. Similarly app help is also not problem solving at all if my issue is not listed there. No option to talk with customer care. It seems I have to loose my money with phonepe.

Clean UI. But functional bugs exist. Add feedback feature please, or place it where everyone can see. I made a payment midnight which went into "processing". I paid again next morning which succeeded. But after 2 days, while I can see both payment in history, I could see only one payment when I went into the contact. This is a serious bug but I couldn't find any callcenter option to enquire or report, only bot chat. Would've been good if there was atleast feedback option openly visible.
