The concept is great, but the app doesn't work at all. I've never been able to get the temperature, it just says offline all the time. When I try to turn on and off the alarm using the app, it takes ages and it's hit it miss whether it will actually work. Usually it takes multiple attempts and it might eventually just appear on the app that the alarm is off when in fact it is on. I wish this worked properly as it would be very handy.

It's 50:50 if this app will work on any given day. Terrible app and find the phone watch products in my house mediocre at best. Keypad doesn't turn off alarm first time pin is entered, have to enter it several times, there's a delay when entering house that I've to stand at the door for 10-30 seconds before sensor recognises I've entered the house so I can disarm. Reported all of this before, no change. Will more than likely look at other providers when contract is up.
