The PhoneWatch App reassures you that your home is safe and puts you in control from anywhere, anytime.

This is the app that gives you control of your security system and it couldn’t be easier.

You can:

- Arm and disarm your system from anywhere in the world

- Check the temperature in every room or floor and across the whole home

- See which doors and windows are open or closed. If you arm your system with windows left open, you’ll get an alert.

- Check that family members have arrived home safely

- View your security system’s activity log.

- Easily check that everything is fine at home with an on-demand photo when the system is armed

- Turn your lights and appliances on and off with your smart plugs

- Lock and unlock your home remotely with your smart lock

- Manage secure access to your home for family members and friends

I think the app is great. I've only had it for about two weeks, but I've found it very useful so far. One feature I really like is that if you forget to set the alarm before leaving the house, you can easily do it through the app. I also contacted support through the app and received a phone call very quickly. My query was dealt with promptly, politely, and in a very friendly manner. Overall, I've been very impressed with the app so far.

Great concept but unfortunately the app crashed and despite uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times the app still doesn't function constant message recei is something went wrong try again later. Contacted customer service and support was abysmal, told we will sort out this problem and get back to you I have had no contact from customer service will reconsider continuing with Phonewatch notwithstanding being a customer of 20 years standing as there are numerous other providers in the mark

Phonewatch app is very responsive & allows you to control your alarm wherever you are. It's very helpful that you can control any lights plugged into a smart plug whilst away and even check the temperature and humidity in various areas of your house. Highly recommend this service.
