This has got to be the best Reddit reader out there. I've used baconReader and even Reddit's own mobile app and while baconReader had many strong points, NowForReddit just has the best UI and UX package in my mind. Very easy to post new things, share options are also intuitive, and they really nailed gif and img links well. It kicks the lama's @$$ when compared to Reddit's official app!
App is complete garbage. Annoying ads and pop ups that lock up your phone. Stupid banners on the bottom that go up half the screen so you can't even see the content. Oh! but of course, you can pay them money to remove it. Don't waste your time.
App used to be great. However, a recent update changed the behavior so the developers subreddit is now the default location, even if you haven't closed the app! This is incredibly annoying as I don't want to lose the thread I was in just because I answer a phone call or respond to a text message.
Edit: Ad-free bought, thanks for quick reply and great app! UI beautiful, really recommend Great app overall. Comment-section ads are really annoying though, would gladly pay for an ad-free version
Edit: I relogged into my account. It seems changing my Reddit password caused this. Suddenly stopped working. All subreddits are showing "no posts found" regardless of wifi network or 4g. I have also tried reinstalling and restarting my phone and the issue still persists.
OK, I take it back. The ads in full screen videos taking up unnecessary screen real estate are really annoying. Think I might just change back to Relay.
