EDIT: I have been informed within an hour or so of my review that they plan to have the issue fixed by next update. I'll keep my old review up until it's fixed or in case they don't fix it but take it with a grain of salt for now. I've had this app for years and this is my first issue so yeah. By far my favorite and the best Reddit app imo. However, due to one of their recent updates, their ads have become quite intrusive. As in the ad spot moves right to where the additional options are about a second after you click a link, meaning as you go to more options, the ad moves to it and you end up clicking the ad. SUPER INTRUSIVE, abusive practice. Idk what they were thinking, it's blatantly obvious what the goal of this maneuver was. If they don't fix it soon I gotta uninstall and would never recommend this app to anyone, which is really unfortunate because I absolutely love this app aside from their malicious ad practices.

Hi Jake, this is actually an issue with the ad network displaying ads at the wrong resolution on certain devices. We have not programmed ads to behave in an intrusive manner, they are implemented as instructed by the ad network. We will however be removing these ads in the next update to ensure affected devices do not have this issue in the future.

The app is great and I've used it for many years. I just have a request. Can we get the app updated to support Google's new Android design language? They're doing away with the slide out side menu since you now swipe from the edge to go back with gesture navigation. Google Maps is a good example of this.

I've used this app so much it's starting to burn in my screen......they should probably fix some of the stationary objects. edit: it's only when reading through comments which I do a lot since theres no connection on the underground subways. specifically its these icons: post, refresh, filter, and back buttons that are burning in. I've had this app for several years with different phones. this phones going on 1.5 years of use. very slight burn in only noticable on a white screen.

Hi Nathan, which parts of the UI are you having issues with? On the main screen there shouldn't be any stationary elements. Thanks in advance.
