I ordered on June 28, and someone from the store (Robinson's Lipa) texted me and asked if they can reschedule the order the next day. I agreed, and the next morning, first thing they do is cancel my order due to the shopper being unavailable for "personal reasons". There was someone there (Robinson's Lipa) by the time I ordered, but was too lazy to do the order. They planned to reschedule it knowing they won't be there the next day. Both the store and this app have unprofessional employees.

NO STAR AT ALL. Ordered for convenience, but the store will either send you wrong order or will cancel some items from your order without notifying you. In Grab, stores would usually inform the customer of unavailable items and would check if you still want to proceed. 100% of my orders here in Pickaroo are total FAIL.

Avoid using this app. No wonder why it has low ratings.Ive booked an order twice ahead of time, they cancelled both saying the store is "closed" but they never took the listing down
