Reached out to them and explained that I needed refund for the drink they forgot to send. CS is all talk but there were no resolution to this. They probably don't do refunds 😂 hilarious. Don't bother downloading the app. Grab and FoodPanda is available, quick refunds. Plus the UI/UX for this app is not user friendly, if there is a need for the customer to reach out dapat email pa. There should be a chat box for the shop to see if something is wrong with your order.

I LOOOOOOOOVE Pickup; I order every day. Pickup cremé is my staple after lunch coffee. But, the app is soooo slow. It takes time until a tap is registered. Plus, the vouchers don't seem to help at all. Most of it requires a minimum of 250php to be used. It doesn't feel like me as a regular customer get any discount at all;I have to order more. It only works for bulk orders, but I guess that's business. It just doesn't give me much as a regular customer.

it is a good app and has a lot of incentives and convince. But sometimes it showcases that the branch is close especially around midnight even though it is open, this is also the time that I mostly buy my coffee, idk why they do it it must be "resetting" the system thingy2 but they could probably do it in a better way where they could still take orders and have a "normal" flow of business since my branch is a 24hr one
