Reached out to them and explained that I needed refund for the drink they forgot to send. CS is all talk but there were no resolution to this. They probably don't do refunds 😂 hilarious. Don't bother downloading the app. Grab and FoodPanda is available, quick refunds. Plus the UI/UX for this app is not user friendly, if there is a need for the customer to reach out dapat email pa. There should be a chat box for the shop to see if something is wrong with your order.

I LOOOOOOOOVE Pickup; I order every day. Pickup cremé is my staple after lunch coffee. But, the app is soooo slow. It takes time until a tap is registered. Plus, the vouchers don't seem to help at all. Most of it requires a minimum of 250php to be used. It doesn't feel like me as a regular customer get any discount at all;I have to order more. It only works for bulk orders, but I guess that's business. It just doesn't give me much as a regular customer.

I ordered on the app and avail the buy 1 take 1 free drink. Got surprised when I got my order and was asked to pay the full price when I know I availed the voucher. Lastly, my drink didn't tasted the same when I ordered on the Pasay branch. I love how they made my drink there but in Antipolo branch, the one with Shell, didn't taste the same. The drink was only 3/4 full. I hope the Antipolo Branch could do better as I love the company, but was disappointed on my order and app experience.
