Reached out to them and explained that I needed refund for the drink they forgot to send. CS is all talk but there were no resolution to this. They probably don't do refunds 😂 hilarious. Don't bother downloading the app. Grab and FoodPanda is available, quick refunds. Plus the UI/UX for this app is not user friendly, if there is a need for the customer to reach out dapat email pa. There should be a chat box for the shop to see if something is wrong with your order.

I downloaded this app so I can pick up my coffee quickly and not need to line up. But almost every time I arrive, my order is not ready yet or worse, they don't even know I have an order (usually the ATC and Landmark Makati branches) and they prioritize people who order over the counter.

Overall the app is good, it makes it easier for me to order ahead of time. My concern is about the points that I didn't get to earn after buying on the app using my gcash. I've already emailed your customer service and I'm waiting for a response. I hope you will have an answer to my concern. (I got my points now, my email has been seen).
