Great app with solid customer support. I had a small problem with the reader in the parking garage not recording my exit. I texted with Jan, a wonderful CS agent. Got the problem resolved in minutes. The app saves so much time and is just like they say, pull up to the gate and it opens to let you in and out. No hassle with money or credit cards. Love it.

I'm shocked that an institution like Keck at USC would sign up for such a bad idea. Require people parking in your structure one time in their life to: download an app that takes up 108mb on the phone, give their name, address, phone number, credit card, license plate information, email address, and location access to their phone to this startup company with a name created by Silicon Valley fanboys. Chat and feedback don't work in the app. There's no way to get help with an issue.

Doesn't work as advertised. Could not scan credit card. Could not select my location. When I entered the location it showed a different more expensive price than posted. Got security warnings the app was trying to scan other app information. Why would anyone ever trust this app? What company would ever want their customers to use it?
