Great app with solid customer support. I had a small problem with the reader in the parking garage not recording my exit. I texted with Jan, a wonderful CS agent. Got the problem resolved in minutes. The app saves so much time and is just like they say, pull up to the gate and it opens to let you in and out. No hassle with money or credit cards. Love it.

Terrible, clunky, demands that you download this shady app and store a credit card to get your car out of parking. Setup involves endless stupid loops and repeatedly getting bounced back to the email verification page. And then it didn't even work. As it didn't for a lot of the people the parking guy was resignedly waving through. I never would have installed this except that the hospital where my friend is made this the ONLY way to park. UPDATE: Their QR code has already been hijacked. AVOID!

Useless for shared vehicles. I drove my husband's car today and tried to add the license plate to my account. It gave me an error message that the vehicle already exists. After several attempts I contacted support. The chat support was very prompt to respond but told me that a vehicle can only be on one acct. If there's a security concern then create an authorization process for the first acct to allow the vehicle to be added to another. Inconvenient and useless app in this regard.
