Great app with solid customer support. I had a small problem with the reader in the parking garage not recording my exit. I texted with Jan, a wonderful CS agent. Got the problem resolved in minutes. The app saves so much time and is just like they say, pull up to the gate and it opens to let you in and out. No hassle with money or credit cards. Love it.

Terrible app, even worse customer support. Unfortunately I have to use this app for my job and I was being charged even though I have a permit. The first time this happened it was fixed immediately, the second time I was told I don't have a permit and there's nothing they can do. I emailed them a screenshot of my permit and the email chain where it was fixed and they just ignored that reply. If you have to use this app, keep an eye on your account

Not just the app but the company just sucks. I clearly have an account and a whole set up for work but somehow more often than it should, I can't even log in (even with autofill) And it thinks I need a new account with the same email.

What's new

The Vehicles and Payment cards have a new look. You can now edit vehicles and create payment methods directly in the app, instead of switching to the web version.
