Ratings and reviews

Pinata is charging me double for a subscription that won't activate. There is not even a way to check what cards they have on file, so I am concerned of endless recurring charges. I have had to dispute two charges, as their customer support is effectively nonexistent. UPDATE: They responded here more than one month later, claiming that my account has been converted to a free account. That's either a mistake or a lie. I fully deleted my account weeks ago, as their support team advised me to do.

Updating, ended up reinstalling the app after a few months, and it has continued to only work sporadically. Currently only loads once every couple of weeks. If it ever works again, will try to cash out. The app seemed to work okay when I first downloaded, but now won't even open. Wondering if the bugs are ever going to get fixed? *edit* App is completely up to date, still doesn't work.

The app itself is functional, but its basically a scam. "Prizes" are given such a ridiculously high point amount needed (In the 1000s) while rent nets you 20 points a month. The best you can hope for is the lottery of a free months rent, but considering this is part of a package that my rental company forces me to pay for, I am being forced to pay out extra money for a service I can use. You can acrue more points by inviting others to the app, but thats literally a pyramid scheme at that point.
