I used to recommend pincone researcher to friends, now I can't in good conscious do that. since the new site came around I've had issues constantly. most of which isn't veing able to log in. l hoped the app would be easier to use but it all links back to website in the browser which won't load or keep saying I need a password despite ne inputing the correct one. on top of that I've reached out to support though the website and have not gotten a response, it's been over a week.

For many years Pinecone used to be my number 1 when it comes to survey panels. Now this new "improved" app continuously sends me surveys that I click on yet it doesn't fit my demographics. Funny thing is I never was previously denied. My demographics have not changed in years. but pinecone has. The new app sucks. Why ask me to log in with my credentials when i'm already logged in to cash out? Bring back the old pine cone.When I can do a survey and catch up my money when I want, or i'm out!!!

Needs serious improvements, the log in button is right at the bottom of the screen, behind the phone's "home" and "back" buttons, making it impossible to log in.
