Overall bad experience Changes your password every once in a while forcing you to reset it. Had to call to get my shut off account completely removed from the system because for some reason it didn't do that already. It was preventing me from making a new one. It sent me a text today to confirm it was me purchasing something. I said yes and it said I could continue using my card. I tried purchasing something on Steam after and it declined, basically lying to me. I have to call someone again.

Been with them 10+ yrs. Never has this app acted up. Now I can't open my account to check balances or see my purchases. I called last week to see what was going on and was told it was up and running. Apparently that's not for everyone. If anyone is reading reviews to find a new banking system, their free to open and nice people. But when it comes to online banking, I wouldn't recommend this bank. Everytime there's a update you get a white page then it closes itself. Reinstalling doesn't work.

So-so quality. The biggest annoyance is that, once in a while, it will completely forget me and I'll have to uninstall and re-download it in order for it to work properly. With how often this happens, and how often the mobile and online banking goes down for "maintenance " I'll probably be switching to US Bank instead.
