Impossible to register to the app. I registered by my phone but as soon as I get the code there is an error And app goes back to signup until all my monthly quota for sms was gone. I tried registering using email but never got an email. Error encountered everytime I sign up. Why is it so difficult for your developer to make a sign up page. Get a testing team and get it tested before releasing it. Such a pain. Tried the IOS app and it had the same issue. Never fail to disappoint!

App is good but there is an issue while verifying police character certificate. In the space mentioned "Enter Application Number" only 6 numeric digits can be typed, however currently police character certificates are being issued with 7 numeric digits. Due to this limitation, one cannot verify its police character certificate. Kindly fix this issue.

The app has some usage issues. The date of birth method is very difficult as my year of birth i.e. 1978 cannot be selected easily... As their is no method of directly scrolling to it... Instead i have to scroll month by month starting Dec, 2020 backwards. It means 480 months... Which can be tedious job. The police station selection as very ambigous as it was showing 8242km away. Once i selected it showed that i had selected taxilla police center. All these anomalies have to be removed.
