What is e-Pay Punjab?

ePay Punjab is the first ever digital payment aggregator for Public to Government (P2G) and Business to Government (B2G) payments in Pakistan.
Using ePay Punjab, dues can be paid through the following payment channels.

• Mobile Banking
• Internet Banking
• ATM
• OTC (Over the Counter)
• Mobile Wallets
• Telco Agents

The solution is developed by The Punjab IT Board (PITB) under the instructions and guidance of The Finance Department of Punjab. At the backend it is integrated with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and 1-link for interconnectivity across the entire banking network in Pakistan.

Payment Process and Channels
To pay the tax dues, an individual will access ePay Punjab application or website to generate a 17-digit PSID number. The PSID number that is unique for each transaction could subsequently be used on the aforementioned Six payment channels i.e. Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, ATM, OTC, Mobile Wallets and Telco Agents by the citizens to pay the tax dues.

Zindigi Account Holders can pay tax online through ePay Punjab. This service will increase in the number of customers using the bank's bill payment services, reduction in the number of late payments, improvement in customer satisfaction level and user experience.

I’m unable to use the app because the login system simply doesn’t work. Every time I try to sign in, the app claims that a verification link has been sent to my email address. However, no email ever arrives. I have checked my inbox, spam, and all other folders multiple times — nothing is there. This issue makes the app unusable. The developers need to fix the email verification problem as soon as possible.

Getting an error phone no value cannot contain other than numeric character even though there is no extra character or space added the phone is 100% correct. this is so frustrating as i am trying to transfer vehicle and its been almost a week i am trying this i have visited excise in person they are saying fee must be paid from app and this app is very frustrating even i get email verification email after 2 days of waiting. try to hire some quality devs and tester before emposing such apps.

hi I was downloading and using this app for the first time but I am having a lot of trouble logging in. My account is neither logging in nor registering. I tried forgetting my password but OTP is not coming to my number. I tried changing the number but I am not able to log in or register on the second number either. If anyone has a solution for this, please let me know too, thanks.
