I am very disappointed with the police character certificate process. I applied twice, but both times faced issues. The first time, after payment, my application status disappeared and my fee was lost. I applied again, and now after 5 days, the status still shows “payment paid and pending” with no update. My deadline is 7 April, and I may miss it due to these delays. This digital system is making things more complicated instead of easier, with no proper tracking or accountability.

It's not a surprise that this app is not functioning properly, I am unable to sign up, I tried to sign up with different usernames(random user names like'jrjeufheb'). But, still I am unable to sign up, so it's a technical issue.

This application does not allow sign up at all. I receive a 6-digit OTP code, but when I enter it in the app, it shows an error saying “The code must be 4 digits.” This is very confusing and frustrating. Because of this error, I cannot verify my account or complete the signup process. Please fix this OTP mismatch issue as soon as possible. Very poor experience.
