This app has disappointed me; whenever I open it, navigate to the 'Khidmat Markaz' option, and try to submit a tenant file, I consistently get an error message stating that the file could not be opened. It would be best if you could fix the app, but if that isn't possible, I would advise everyone to delete it, as it is not functioning correctly and is completely unresponsive.

Please consider placing the “My Certificates” and “My Applications” sections separately in the Main Menu. Currently, these options are located in a place where they are difficult to find and do not seem to be in the most appropriate location. Having them directly accessible from the Main Menu would make the app much more user-friendly and convenient to navigate.

The verification code is sent to my email, but even when I enter it immediately, the app always shows "Please enter correct verification code." I have tried multiple times with new codes, but the issue is not resolved. Please fix this bug as soon as possible.
