The app is useless, the character certificate service needs significant improvement. I applied for a character certificate, but the process is taking too long and the application status is not updating properly. Please improve the tracking system and resolve technical issues so citizens can easily check their application status and receive timely updates.

The verification code is sent to my email, but even when I enter it immediately, the app always shows "Please enter correct verification code." I have tried multiple times with new codes, but the issue is not resolved. Please fix this bug as soon as possible.

Pathetic i tried to signup says already registered username so i trued forgot password n it didn't send me any verification code . tried thousand times. then thought of trying potential passports after 3 attempts, which made my account blocked for 3 hours. then this 3 hours never ends even after passing whole week.
