please, pay me my money, I traded a $500 Apple card, firstly they said they can't trade the card at the moment, that I should try again later, when I tried the second time they replied and said that my card has been used whereas I wasn't credited, this app is a very big scam. refund me my $500. jophab is a very big scam

honestly the first time I redeemed my card it was delayed but it's came successfully...the second time the card was redeemed in the app and then they claimed it has been used honestly....and the costumer cares are not responding to messages I didn't let go of those cards pls don't trade your cards here it's all scams biggest red flag......it's pains me alot cus the money means a lot to me send my money pls that's all I can say bloody scammers
