The bolt delivery feature is heavily flawed... why use the customer's number and not the branch number... this causes a lot of confusion between the customer and the bolt driver... even though the branch is the party who initiates the bolt order... Also there seems to be some sort of bug when you choose card payment method... the app keeps going back in the middle of entering card details

You have to show people the estimated time before they order. It's been 1 hour since I ordered and it's still at food is been prepared. I can't also cancel the order. Do something about it because right now I don't know when I'm getting my food. The app is not helping at all.
