The app was once usable. Slowly it got worse to the point I couldn't even type in my nearest store. Good thing the location starts with a B so i just scroll a bit. This last redesign has taken it to the point where I can't sign in to my account by not allowing me to reset my password. I just get a random error code. can't even set up a new account. lost all my points and rewards at least on the app.

the absolutely sucks when attempting to apply any coupon codes or rewards. when applied it actually adds about $10 to your total instead of reducing the total. I've tried ordering on the website and it's just as bad, actually worse. on the website when trying to pick your number of wings for each flavor or picking your pizza toppings the site will go blank and you just end up looking at a white screen. I've tried too many times and it keeps happening both, the app issues and the website issues.

App has been not helpful at all and it's been like this for a while. When I try to do an order for pick-up it crashes when I try to put a zip code or city for the store locator. I tried going to the website and the locations and map placements are off and I want to make sure I'm putting my order at the right location. I actually thought that my local restaurant was closed cause the maps put it 3 major streets down the road. This has gone on for way too long and it needs fixing.
