App has been not helpful at all and it's been like this for a while. When I try to do an order for pick-up it crashes when I try to put a zip code or city for the store locator. I tried going to the website and the locations and map placements are off and I want to make sure I'm putting my order at the right location. I actually thought that my local restaurant was closed cause the maps put it 3 major streets down the road. This has gone on for way too long and it needs fixing.

First time using the online app so a bit confused on step progression, like when adding an item to a pizza. When finished adding an item and confirming I'd expect it to take me to the next step. But it just stayed on the same screen. That's why the 4 stars. So I just went to cart and everything was great! Really no problem navigating. The pizza I give 5 stars!

App stopped working altogether. It doesn't load, you cannot order, it doesn't even log in. It's false login. So it says your logged in, shows the information, but that's it. No perks, no coupons, nothing. Website is down too, when it comes to existing accounts so there is no workaround.
