wont let you even constact them ot even copy the email. i cant watch the games I paid for, constantly signed out, wont support horizontally full screen, wont show stats or the time of the quarter, buffers constantly, only able to watch a few select games even tho I paid money.

This app and website is incredibly frustrating to deal with. On top of many of the random technical issues people describe here, you also can't cancel your subscription online, you have to email them. They are happy to take your money online though. The website and subscription emails don't make this clear. Recommend finding another way to consume your basketball. 👎👎👎👎

worst app I've ever used, paid $40 and its COMPLETELY UNUSABLE. Crashes every 20 seconds and can't watch anything. Wish I read the reviews and saw the star rating befoee for paying. Just assumed the app was usable as that's the bare fkn minimum!
