The app is slow even tho i have a good wifi i need to wait 20seconds to 1 minute before the games shows up in the feed you need to fix that and its also better if we can select the games we want(that will remind us that it is currently ongoing) instead of selecting the teams one by one, i also experience when i use other app and came back the video will stop and says try again i have no choice but to restart the app its frustrating that the other platforms is better than the fiba's itself😡😡😡

Awful experience with the app. I cannot log in on my mobile! They throw 'unexpected error occured'. Re-installed the app, same issue. For some reason, on the tablet it is fine... But as others also mentioned, the streaming stops every 10s or so, super annoying. Now it seems the website is down, so no way of watching the game currently, LTU vs. GRE, so frustrating. And all that for a 50 euro subscription ..... Shame!

Casting from my phone or laptop to TV gave a terrible pixcelated picture. Watching highlights: The video would start playing, then an ad would start playing, ad would finish, and the video highlights would not come back on. Repeat whole process again and again until I gave up and watched highlights on YouTube. Worst of all I paid for this service and forced to sit through ads before any live video. Making it impossible to live switch if another game was close. Will never pay for this again
