Ratings and reviews

The loading times of the app are not good. I used my cellphone data by itself and it didn't work. I used my at home wifi for the app without my data and it still didn't work. This was a problem last year as well. I switched to a different phone and the same results. I can't even click on the simple voting for all stars icon it just stays on the loading screen spinning. Not enjoyable to wait for something you have paid for, that freezes .

I don't know what happened because I have never had issues with this app in past seasons, but this season everyday is a new issue. Can't watch live games when they say they are on League Pass and can't ever watch replays on old games even when the game was several days ago. Every "post"/"reel" has lag and the app is constantly making me relogin when I want to vote on the all star game and even then I will login it then try to vote and will get error messages that force me to login again. Awful.

Used to be 4*, down to 2* since they changed and collaborated with NBA app and whomever else. Old platform was really good. Didn't constantly glitch, black out, fail to update in real time, freeze during games, struggle with uploading tabs like the Vote tab, etc. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
