I would love to try this app, but every time I try to pay for the 3 month subscription, it says transaction declined on a card I KNOW has the funds update: it took MONTHS to resolve this issue, and when it finally was, I didn't even really enjoyed the app or use it much, so I have been trying to cancel. I have been charged AGAIN and can't get them to cancel.

Worst customer service you could ever imagine. Contacted them for two different issues. Neither was ever resolved, no refunds ever given, in every communication with them was clearly they had not actually read my email because they never got what the problem was. Also the app is not good. I am very motivated by gamifying exercise... At least I have been with other programs, but this one was boring, hard to use, and only had a few games...and all the games were basically the same

Terrible customer service . And the personalized plans for you aren't even on the app they are on paper or digital download. And you can't even view your membership information, cancel or anything through the app you have to keep emailing the support for them to not answer your question the first time. Then not respond the second. Garbage I've been trying several times to cancel my subscription and membership. They are not allowing it
