This is NOT a plate reader! It uses a 3rd party "public records" website to glean the data, then charges $1.95 with automatic monthly subscription for $24.95. I went through the motions to see how well it worked. It took my money, but nothing delivered. Update: Infotracer fixed the issue. Turns out you're redirected to your State's DMV where it costs $12 and an attestation that you're purchasing the vehicle. Don't waste your time.
