originally gave 1 star because of technical issues. cs contacted me quickly. resolved a glitch. now 5 star. update: nov 2019. dropping stars from 5 to 3. nothing but issues. cs is quick to respond and very nice but spend more time with them than on app itself. blamed it on spectrum, still isn't fully functional then backend update on the app deleted all of my d/l. update: dropping to 2, youtube no longer avail. Drop to 1, no live on Spectrum. APR 2020: Junk. Can't even get on to cancel.

Update 1/4/19: Support team worked with me to get issues resolved. They are excellent to work with. Changed back to 5 stars! ---------- Update 12/5/2018: PBS was fixed fairly quickly. Amazon channel was eventually fixed, but is now not working again. The channel opens up but is requesting a login; the login prompt looks very much like a webpage. After entering in my credentials, I receive a message saying that the page uses cookies and to enable cookies to continue.

I love it! This is what I've been wanting my whole life. Screen recorders will take forever to record all of your favorite shows and movies, Plus, A screen recorder takes up too much of your computers resources. I am downloading all of my favorite shows and movies to keep forever. I am surprised that the movie companies haven't tried to Sue play on TV. Enjoy this app while it still exists.
