Promising at first, then a movie got stuck in my queue, halting any and all operation of the app, this, after I paid for credits. Submitted a support ticket, so we'll see. I see I'm not the only one to have had this issue either. Others have said they have to contact support every time it happens and get support to clear their queue. Seems like they need to put a clear queue feature in the app.

***UPDATE*** I have had many issues with this app, but in time they get fixed for the most part. In response to the Playon comment, I only have one account so that comment was not correct. All of my credits were gone. I contacted support and restarted my phone and the app. The credits were back. The cost to use this is very high compared to other services that do the same thing. The ups and downs, I cannot give it 5 stars or 4 with the cost for credits and having to use multiple for 1080p.

Ads will only be skipped if you use thier player. You have to have a different subscription to use your computer. File sizes are quite large, complete waste of money. It takes the same amount of time to "record" something that it does to watch it. So instead of wasting 10 bucks a month on this, buy a screen recorder for 10 dollars, for life. Pause when a commercial comes on, set your own file resolution. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!
