Ratings and reviews

Some of things need improving. For example, I booked a private Court. I had not realised. I then wanted to change that to an open match but the app did not allow this. Why not? It's not an issue as such. This meant that I lost around £45 due to inability to change the match. This can be a simple process but for some reason it clearly isn't.

It is a very bad app, i had an issue where they charged me additional amount by mistake because there was a miscommunication between Playtomic and the club, so I reached to Playtomic but they bluntly refused to help and asked me to solve it externally with the club. i don't recommend to deal with Playtomic where they treat their customer badly

Poor. Premium app does not work. Cost of booking games is the same as the free app. Premium app often freezes at point of purchase. Only way to gain advisor help is through the chat function which can take hours to get support, in one case it took a wait time of 36hrs only to be told Playtomic support would investigate it......still waiting.
