I have a problem with the app, as it's stopped showing all the activities I'm signed up to which is a huge problem, cause it's easy to lose a track on where and when I should show up to or getting easy access to activity if my plans changed and I need to cancel. The chat bot can't solve the issue and is not even showing properly all the activities that I've signed up to. There's also no way to contact an actual existing human being to solve the issue.

Unfortunately, this app has been experiencing several issues lately, and the Help Center is useless. Difficulty on localisation, and more recently trouble paying using a regular debit card, an active, well-funded card, due to repeated errors during transactions that prevent the payment from being completed. Obviously, the Bot and Help Center are unable to provide any solutions that resolve the issue.

Great app, but missing a crucial notification feature I’m using Premium and love Playtomic, but there’s no way to get notified when a tournament spot opens after someone cancels. I have to keep checking manually, which adds unnecessary friction. Please add an option to “watch” a tournament and receive a push notification when a slot becomes available. This would massively improve the user experience.
