it's always been buggy, but can't log in or load since last update. it never finishes loading the clubs, messages in my inbox, matches for current or RSVP. tried all of the debugging things that they recommended, including reinstalling now I can't even log back in because it never stops loading when you click login. can't find a place to send an email, and their feedback / debug is worthless since it just keeps loading and never sends. I can't believe I sent them money

The app is still buggy, always crashing and slow. I lost access to my account. The worst part is this app doesn't have channel for customer service. I don't even know how to file report for my lost account. --------- I update the review into 5 stars --------- Someone from Reclub has approached me on Instagram message, I've got my access back. Thanks a lot, I have been helped. My advice you should not put the 'Support' hidden.

I am a monthly subscriber and all was well but just a week back, the app kept crashing seconds after I opened it and refuses to open...I at first thought it was a bug and let it be but a week has gone by and it still crashes when I open it on my android phone and tablet. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still has the same problem. It is very frustrating to be honest.
