the app is almost useless. the only thing I did like was the scheduling of lights to come on... which is good. But the connecting wasn't easy when it worked and it doesn't work now. Switching over to GE's Cync app. it's so easy a cave.. nevermind. No flipping the light on and off.... just use apps instructions. Really use Google for regular use which most apps can connect. still using lumiman bulbs but will switch over to GE over time

I've enjoyed my one bulb and the app. There have been a couple times when I had to turn the bulb off and on to reconnect with the app, but otherwise it's been good! I have mainly used it to make a custom sunrise replacement as I had added darkening curtains to my bedroom and felt something was missing! Some of the presets are silly, but it's easy to do one's own thing. It seems the products are no longer sold and I wished to use more bulbs. I hope this is compatible with something else..

Takes about 6 tries to connect to devices before it even seems to respond to anything. The "connecting" percentage is literally just a time counter, and means nothing. I don't know why there would be any reviews other than 1 star. Have 5 of these stupid bulbs and can't ever get more than two connected before I give up. Save yourself some time and money and buy some stuff made by someone with more than a junior school education. Editing again here on Jan 2022. Still garbage app.
