You still have a blank screen bug for your 2 step authentication. Once you open the text or any other app and return to enter the code, FW app is blank white screen and you cannot enter the code!!!! To make matters worse it wants to verify at every new cell tower you connect to. I can literally only use this version of the app on my previously authenticated wifi... that's it. I leave my area and I can't use the app. Fix it! Bring back the pin login!

Hi Toby, Just checking in to see if you were able to update your app to the most recent version, which included a fix for the issue you were experiencing. If you haven't already done so, please check it out and let us know if the blank screen is no longer displaying when you are using 2-step authentication.

App is pretty bad. I couldn't login my first time using it - app said "loading account information" for a few minutes then kicked me out. Edit -since my last review, FCU has really cleaned up the mobile app interface. It is easy to navigate, it is easy to do transfers (inside & outside of FCU), it is easy to make mobile deposits and it is simple and quick to email customer service to let them know I'm traveling or if I have questions. Sorry FCU for it taking so long to edit my original review!

Really like the ease of use with this app. I use the fingerprint scanner it's super easy that way. I don't have to remember everything :) . The overall look of the app is easily laid out to understand and is not confusing for us tech challenged people. You have the ability to remote deposit checks, check your balances, create budgets, link other accounts and more.. The only issue I have with front wave really is the super high interest rates and lack of interest rate reduction.
