for the past couple months the current balance has not been accurate, you need to wait a full 24hrs to see transactions post to the account, doesn't even show if your direct deposits/ payroll went through, when it didn't used to be like this. before you could see transactions go through instantly whatever they changed they need to put it back the way it was!

it's quick, easy, and convenient. BUT you just got to remember that once you make a transfer, it won't show on your account, but believe me, it pulled.. It takes 3 days for it to post to your external account or credit card. But I've seen it post in 1-2 days, so don't keep making transfers one after another. like I did before . Other tan that it's a great app. 👍

If you're not sure whether a transfer is on its way, check the "Scheduled" tab in the transfers widget - you will see the status and estimated delivery date. App is pretty bad. I couldn't login my first time using it - app said "loading account information" for a few minutes then kicked me out. Edit -since my last review, FCU has really cleaned up the mobile app interface. It is easy to navigate, it is easy to do transfers (inside & outside of FCU), it is easy to make mobile deposits and it is simple and quick to email customer service to let them know I'm traveling or if I have questions. Sorry FCU for it taking so long to edit my original review!
