1The platform is good but when you make an inquiry then there is an option for the call from the expert, you have to answer yes or no, even if you said no, you will still get a call from there And not even 1 call comes but 10 or 12 calls are received. Instead they lie that they have placed a request to talk on their own call and when you ask for proof they end the call. That's why I am giving you 2 stars.

Your promises finish after the day customers make the payments. I bought the term plan from you because you promised to give support on every event but I was wrong. I stopped receiving a solution from the policy bazaar after I made the payment. You made a blunder mistake, updated the wrong email and phone number and now the policy is issued but I have nothing. I asked you to update my contact information multiple times but you have closed the ticket without any solution. Edit: email sent in 1hr

UAECall centre blocks numbers, if calling to ask for help, good way to reduce workload!! Doesn't help if you call from another number, agents mutes calls, as they are speachless, another good way to have mee time!!. Dont generate complaint number, no records of incompetence!! Agent changes every time, tell then them full story, till they stop responding, chat closes automatically!! No replacement car as we are working to get in touch with insurer, please bear!! Experience it, to believe it!!
