UAECall centre blocks numbers, if calling to ask for help, good way to reduce workload!! Doesn't help if you call from another number, agents mutes calls, as they are speachless, another good way to have mee time!!. Dont generate complaint number, no records of incompetence!! Agent changes every time, tell then them full story, till they stop responding, chat closes automatically!! No replacement car as we are working to get in touch with insurer, please bear!! Experience it, to believe it!!

once the policy expires, they start making thousands of bot calls to get it renewed. I called their customer service and requested them not to call me repeatedly, but they replied in a rude and unprofessional way, saying things like 'block kar lo.' They know very well that they call from hundreds of different numbers, which makes it impossible to block them all. I think it's better to buy insurance from the offline market to avoid such annoying calls.

Horrible app. Keeps calling you multiple times daily to renew insurance. Even if you request not to call. Very very bad experience. I have begged not to call me, but still they call me, even at night. Please don't install the app and provide your number. Your peace of mind would be gone. I have decided to get policy from outside PolicyBazaar moving forward. They still call me. DO NOT CALL IS ALREADY ACTIVATED IN APP. HORRIBLE APP
