Ratings and reviews

Scanning tickets is often very slow and unresponsive, often get errors. It shouldn't be so difficult or take so long to scan a little QR code or UPC on a lottery ticket or scratcher, but It's often a big struggle. And why not just add players club points for the ticket automatically when scanned, rather than having to go back in the menu, select players club points, and then scan the exact same ticket again? I wouldn't mind it if the scan didn't often take so long to work, often with many issues

Extremely frustrated. I was using the app just fine for a long time. Suddenly it wants me to sign in. When I do so, I keep getting the sign in failed message. So I reset the password 3 times and still get the message. Now I'm locked out and have a message to contact support. Can't find any way to do that. I've spent hours trying to resolve this issue.

Current version is overall satisfactory. Fewer bugs/issues. You can check up to 5 tickets at a time, which is cool. Still occasionally glitches out and just gets stuck in the process, but much better than previous updates. Really appreciate not having to log in each & every time I open it now that I've checked out other states' apps. Not amazing but above average based on my experience with 7 state lotto options.
