it frustrates me. if I have a stack of scratchers that I want to make sure I scanned for points, after a few that get an error because they've been scanned already, it locks you out before you can try again. surely there has to be a way to fix it so that doesn't happen. how else can we throw them away with confidence if we aren't sure if the points were already scanned for?! Accidentally scanning ones that were already entered isn't anyone trying to scam you or cause problems so why the drama??

Scanning tickets is often very slow and unresponsive, often get errors. It shouldn't be so difficult or take so long to scan a little QR code or UPC on a lottery ticket or scratcher, but It's often a big struggle. And why not just add players club points for the ticket automatically when scanned, rather than having to go back in the menu, select players club points, and then scan the exact same ticket again? I wouldn't mind it if the scan didn't often take so long to work, often with many issues

I'm not sure what's wrong. I try to scan and most of the time (70%) it won't scan the ticket. And then suddenly after putting ticket aside and coming back it will scan. The promotions page doesn't work. I scan to add a ticket to join a promo like "Million Dollar Giveaway" and nothing happens/get error. Then later it says my ticket was already scanned but I'm not given an entry to the drawing. This app wasted a lot of time. But the parts that did work were nice so I gave it a couple of stars.
