I registered back in January or early February. I did all of the steps, got verified & approved, and completed a profile. I used the app for several weeks with no major issues. Then one day, I couldn't gain access. It said "credentials not verified." I figured they were doing maintenance...so I waited for about a month or so. But after that, I still couldn't gain access. Updated the app & still no access. This time it says my account doesn't even exist. I see others are having similar issues.

Love the show and love them for making this app. All was fine, I got the app last Sunday. Used it three times, it worked with all functions, i was able to sign up. There wasn't many people to go through tho. I wish there wasn't a subscription, $15 a month for a dating app is a lot. My free trial ends on the 17th and I just went to check the app. It said it needed and update, i did tried to get back in and I cant. if it donest work before my trial ends ill have to cancel. has potential tho🤷🏾‍♀️

so because I didn't wanna pay for an app, my profile is private- I have to pay in order to show others my profile and to message others? wow- NO THANKS. Plenty of other free dating sites. I liked the show too, guess I'll have to unsubscribe.
