I registered back in January or early February. I did all of the steps, got verified & approved, and completed a profile. I used the app for several weeks with no major issues. Then one day, I couldn't gain access. It said "credentials not verified." I figured they were doing maintenance...so I waited for about a month or so. But after that, I still couldn't gain access. Updated the app & still no access. This time it says my account doesn't even exist. I see others are having similar issues.

Quite a trash app tbh. buggy, laggy, not that great interface, few users, charged me for a monthly subscription i didn't authorize, then logged me out permanently and claims my profile doesn't exist. I reported to customer service, and they said someone would get back to me in 24 hours, but it's been 2 weeks and no response, even after following up a week ago. they keep sending me the same automated response.

I would not recommend this app you get the same rotation of the same women in your matches the majority of them are baby Mamas unattractive over weight especially you trying to find someone within the black race might as well just go out somewhere and hope you might come across someone or get your passport like the rest of these men and explore! once again I wouldn't recommend this app even on pop the balloon it has a low success rate only the viewers keeping their YouTube strong!
