I registered back in January or early February. I did all of the steps, got verified & approved, and completed a profile. I used the app for several weeks with no major issues. Then one day, I couldn't gain access. It said "credentials not verified." I figured they were doing maintenance...so I waited for about a month or so. But after that, I still couldn't gain access. Updated the app & still no access. This time it says my account doesn't even exist. I see others are having similar issues.

Love the show and love them for making this app. All was fine, I got the app last Sunday. Used it three times, it worked with all functions, i was able to sign up. There wasn't many people to go through tho. I wish there wasn't a subscription, $15 a month for a dating app is a lot. My free trial ends on the 17th and I just went to check the app. It said it needed and update, i did tried to get back in and I cant. if it donest work before my trial ends ill have to cancel. has potential tho🤷🏾‍♀️

honestly was excited they were making an app until I opened it, they could've did a lot better. There's a lot that needs to be improved you better off going with another app or just going on the show publicly that's if they cast people who are for real or just watching. 🤷🏾‍♀️
