Beauty clothes but glitch in app.. Everytime you click on an item to view it you can't return to the page you were on? Takes you back to the home page & you have to scroll through everything you've seen to continue browsing. Sort it out please PB! Very simple to do.. I've now deleted my app & my basket out of pure frustration. 5 star clothes .. 1 star app.. so 3 stars from me sorry.

have had several weeks of trying to sort an issue out with this company. the customer service communication is terrible. order some shorts size 12. too big, so sent back had to reorder the size 10 and paid next day delivery in time for my holidays.even though it says they do exchange. . resent the size 12 out again. they received the second pair back and said would exchange for the 10 . no p&p charge.. they have just refunded me for them again. and iv had to reorder and pay P & P again.

the website asked me to use their app and get 10%discount, after using the app I didn't get my 10%discount and lost out on near £20 off
