Actually helped. Cold turkey, now 3 months. Not 1 puff. At the start the target of hours, into days, into weeks helps when you're alone and need to remind yourself. You can use the app as a 'got to' instead of a cigarette. Just remember as hard as you think it might be..... 'It's possible' . Update I'm now past 9 months. Still look at the app sometimes to remind myself how far I've come. Update - now 15 months. Update now 1 year and 4 months. Still look at app now and again to remind myself how good it is!!
Really helped in the beginning letting me obsess over health trackers. Now I just occasionally check, but it's nice to see how much I've saved in this year since my last. Wish they had the budgeting for electronic cigarettes sooner. I went to vaping but don't recall how much I spent in the first year. It's ok tho, it's hardly anything compared to what I was spending on American Spirits. Good luck on your effort to quit!
When I look at my numbers I get so excited. It just makes you keep going. Money saved is awesome...cigarettes not smoked is unbelievable. I didn't realize how many I actuality smoked. Pretty gross! Please put this app on your phone. I show it to family and friends. Good luck..best thingbi ever did...bade it to my first year end I feel great. 45 years was a smoker 😝
This app was very instrumental in my quitting. I used it along with the nicotine replacement patch. I've smoked for approximately 30 years and I have tried to quit a few times with no success. I'm only 5 days in but I have zaro desire to smoke. The app is an excellent visual motivation to see how. I love refering to it several times throughout the day to see my health progress, money savings, etc.
Great app, nice interface and strong content. The stats are very interesting and the gamified experience is fun and helps building up non-smoker confidence. It's not just counting the days since your last smoke, it also assist you with new habit formation to overwrite cravings. There's been moments I wanted to smoke then got on the app and forgot about it by simply reading some tips or stats. Definitely recommend.
I have gone 3 months without smoking now and It was really motivating to see my progress with how long I have gone without smoking as well as seeing the amount of cigarettes I didn't smoke. The health tracker was really cool to see too because it helps you visually see the progress your body is making. Very useful app. I used the free version and that alone was tremendously helpful.
