This App has been helpful, I am also on patches but it helped to keep me mentally on track with my goals. A friend used it to quit and insisted that I try it out. I was reluctant but I'm glad I did. It's difficult to quit smoking but if you want to bad enough, you can do it!
I just wished that it stayed free. The previous version with all the content for free helped me alot. This is my second time trying to quit, and the reason why I have been more successful this time around is because of the different techniques(I kind of memorized) , and learning from my previous failure (after 4 months), and learning to quit for MYSELF and not anything else. Now I'm clean for 7 months (cold turkey) , and hopefully forever. (smoker of 10 years, 2-3 packs of 20 a week)
A great app to keep track of how well you are doing. It's a positive thing when you can actually see how much money you are saving and how many cigarettes would have been smoked. I've tried a few apps but this is the best for me.
This app is really critical for me quitting. It is great to have. Pack a day for 20 years but smoke free for 12 days!! This app has really helped as a tool in my quit kit. Do yourself a favor and upgrade to the paid version. You would spend twice as much on a pack of cigarettes. Thank you!!
great for tracking progress. interesting to keep going back a year and a half later to see health progress, money and time saved, cigarettes NOT smoked. the little daily reminders weren't helpful, i went cold turkey and all they did was remind me of smoking.
It's really helped. Seeing how much I haven't spent and the health benefits as well are awesome. I also love the daily missions. Well thought out app and quite helpful in my quitting cigarettes. Any time I have a craving, I just go on the app and record it, and that helps pacify the craving. Thank you.
