XdActually helped. Cold turkey, now 3 months. Not 1 puff. At the start the target of hours, into days, into weeks helps when you're alone and need to remind yourself. You can use the app as a 'got to' instead of a cigarette. Just remember as hard as you think it might be..... 'It's possible' . Update I'm now past 9 months. Still look at the app sometimes to remind myself how far I've come. Update - now 15 months
Great app! I have been smoke free for 2 years now and feel great. I still check the app every now and then just to see how many cigs I would have smoked (disgusting) and how much my health has improved. It really helped me, good luck to everyone else who are trying to quit, you CAN do it!!!
Awesome app. I love being able to see the statistics constantly. I think that's the biggest help. I don't know what paying for it gets me, but the free version has been more then enough for me. Been smoking for 12 years and quit cold turkey 5 days ago. Update: 1 year 1 month.👍
I loved this app before. And I stopped smoking 2 years ago now. However since the update, I've lost all my data and have to set my quit date again, which I can't even remember. So no point in having it on my phone anymore. Uninstalling.
I looked at this app everyday in the beginning of quitting smoking to keep me motivated. And it WORKED!!!! Currently I'm 1year, 4 months and 23 days without a cigarette and feel as though I will never, ever, smoke a cigarette again. No longer will I let cigarettes control me. You can do this and this app will help you.
Love this!! I am totally nicotine and smoke free 7 months 21 days and 16 hrs n counting. The total $ saved and cigarettes not smoke when you see the total in front of you it's incentive even more. The badges of achievement are nice as well. Thank you for this app it saved my life basically.
