very bad experience with this app. I've paid my loan before the due date as shown in the app and they've levied a penalty charge for not paying Rs. 0.79 which never appeared on the app while paying the amount. And they've also generated a No Due certificate for the same loan. I haven't been able to contact their customer care and chat support is so bad. please don't take loans from them

> I have been facing an unresolved issue for the past one and a half months regarding my device being blocked. The vendor also seems to be involved in this, and it raises a serious personal privacy concern. The device master key has not been provided by the loan lender, even though I have paid my EMIs on time. It is very disappointing that the issue is still pending resolution. Customer support has not provided proper assistance, and the delay in unblocking the device has caused significant in

worst app , i am trying to pay my emi early but it shows error,I have tried it for so many times it shows same even I tried net banking, card payment along with upi payments but stills shows same error ,even their customer support is so worst it takes so many times to load some time It take much more longer time , they don't want that we pay our emi by early by us . they want only autopay
