im sticking with US because we are great. im going to believing in us. there are very SMALL improvements lol customer service is up and running but I keep running into profile change issues, kickback not working, and in person payments not working. me having to use a computer to do some editing to my events is highly inconvenient also.

I would give 0 stars if possible. They charge you a convenience fee that does nothing for you, if an event is canceled they leave you be with little to no help. Terrible customer service all around and if you can avoid them do so.

this is one of the worst apps that I have on my phone. I tried to invite my friends to an event and every single person had to try at least 4 times to successfully make a profile to purchase a ticket. just trying to sign in after you make a profile is a feckless endeavor. the app is super buggy and crashes all the time and made it impossible to access the tickets. I ended up just digging through my email for the ticket qr codes, making the app pretty much useless anyway.
