this is one of the worst apps that I have on my phone. I tried to invite my friends to an event and every single person had to try at least 4 times to successfully make a profile to purchase a ticket. just trying to sign in after you make a profile is a feckless endeavor. the app is super buggy and crashes all the time and made it impossible to access the tickets. I ended up just digging through my email for the ticket qr codes, making the app pretty much useless anyway.

I bought a ticket through them and the event was a scam, nothing as advertised and potentially dangerous to people. I requested a refund because i left the event as soon I saw the conditions but because of their policy of no refunds with some vendors they basically said it was not their problem. I honestly struggle to see the value of the platform, especially since we cannot contact the event organizers directly.

I have been trying to get a hold of customer service but the app keeps crashing I went to an event that well had a lot of issues... I have video proof. I'm good with the app and service so willing to change it and keep using it for future events but I can't get any help since the day of the event.
