my greenlion smartwatch faces are not coming up. Looks like the app has ceased, but it is showing connected.

1- When i receive a call the watch not allowed to view the contact name. 2- In WhatsApp or Instagram notifications, or in chats, when notifications appear on the watch, they are not written correctly or in a way that we understand. It is up to you to address this issue as soon as possible.
