Im having a very bad experience with your art watch, the metered connection is way too small, it easily disconnects even while with it and doesn't auto reconnect on its own, tap to wake function isn't working, just so frustrating. I wish I could return it and get my money back.

1- When i receive a call the watch not allowed to view the contact name. 2- In WhatsApp or Instagram notifications, or in chats, when notifications appear on the watch, they are not written correctly or in a way that we understand. It is up to you to address this issue as soon as possible.

Hey all, for me I can say the app works, sometimes it looses connection and the Bluetooth is always on.. meaning that I loose all the records of steps, results etc.. Faces are amazing.. alarms are working even if the Bluetooth is off.. Not bad at all..
