The first negative impression, right out of the gate, is that the log-in page does not play well with a password manager, nor will it accept a copy-paste of the 20+ characters in the password. This kind of thing really gets me po'd when the web-elite keep saying to use good passwords. Second, once in the app, I reached a sort of dead-end at the policy display - choose one, or give up. There is no "logout" method. Bah. I will use the more reliable web site. [Android app]

We are very sorry to hear about your experience and will share your feedback with the UX Team for improvements. As a work around in the meantime, there is a "sign-out" option in the Profile tab in the lower right corner. Additionally, the app will auto sign out after a short period of inactivity. We hope you will come back and check out the App!

The app works fine logging in. Similar feel to other companies. However, I only have a policy for my motorcycle. If I need to access it, I can click through app and it redirects to the browser. Makes it look really cheap and low tech. They need to integrate other policy's into the app. By now almost every company has this integration. Great insurance but the app is meh.

the trip tracker is a step backwards from the old Road Rewards. not smart enough to detect train etc. only option now is driver or not driver. gives me a yellow raiting for using phone on a train when I marked passenger. the app doesn't compare to Road Rewards. I'd give it less than 1 star. is using a phone on a train against the law?

Thanks for the feedback. We know this change can be frustrating. Selecting “Not Driving” now works like the old “Train/Bike” options in the Road Rewards app. If you have issues, email digitalsupport@plymouthrock.com—we’ll help. If you regularly take the train, the app will learn what you select and apply that driver setting automatically over time.
