SPRO app:-There are constant problems with this SPRO app. Because of this, I am being marked absent many times and they are even deducting my salary. The app always has some issue on their end, but nobody is fixing it. Develop this app

Subject: SPRO App Crash Issue ​Message: "Dear Customer Service Team, I am continuously receiving an 'App Error' notification stating that the SPRO app has crashed due to internal issues. The app closes automatically while in use. Please look into this technical bug and provide a fix in the next update as soon as possible."

When apps are loaded, it consumes a lot of MB. I bought 20 GB yesterday and just using the app has exhausted my 13 GB. I don't understand how 13 GB is exhausted in a day. Later, I noticed that when I load apps and work, the speed increases by 3-4 MB. Please look into this issue.
