I’m really disappointed with how the subscription system works in this app. After my subscription ended, all the episodes I had previously unlocked and watched are no longer accessible. This feels unfair, as users should retain access to content they’ve already paid for during their subscription period. It would be much better if previously unlocked episodes remained available even after the subscription expires. Please fix this, as it negatively impacts the user experience.

I have an issue to report. without any support from the help desk team of Pratilipi I am raising my issue here. I took a subscription and read my favorite book till the latest episode. Also added few episodes into my library. However I am not able to access the latest release and my permissible episodes showed the last one I read before the subscription. This is very disappointing. Allow the readers from the last episode read before the end of subscription. Else it means I have lost all money.

It's really a good app for engaging and easy to use. I love the variety of stories available, from romance to thriller. The reading and writing experience is comfortable. Features like bookmarking and personalized recommendations make it even better. But a drawback is that after 15 episodes the remaining will be locked. It can be a disappointment to the readers. Overall, it’s a great app for anyone who enjoys reading and writing stories.

The Categories tab now loads only when you open it, helping the home page feel lighter and more responsive. We’ve also refreshed the language selection screen to make it easier to understand that you’re choosing your story language, not the app language.
