Very disappointing experience after the new update. My main account home page does not open at all, and the app keeps blaming “network issues,” even though my internet connection is strong and works perfectly for all other apps. To confirm, I logged in with another account on the same device and same network, and it opened without any problem. This clearly shows the issue is with my account, not my network. Support is not properly checking the problem and keeps giving the same response.

It was a very good app. But after the new update, it’s no longer possible to reread the books that have already been read once. Earlier, if we wanted to read a novel again, we could just clear the app data from the phone settings and start reading from the beginning. But now, that’s not possible. We have to open each part and manually select the first page from the end. This is quite inconvenient. I’ll renew my subscription only after this issue is fixed.

"Sorry! Could not connect to Pratilipi. Please try again later." This what shows for last three days , I can't read any stories,my subscriptions are going to waste,I have checked my network connection,phone settings but everytime I open the app it shows this only. I ve tried to contact in you in mail you mentioned and still got no reply it's been three days
