About this app
Rakeez HR Software is the employee app for companies that manage their staff on the Rakeez HR platform. From your phone you can check in and out, request leave, view your payslips, upload documents and follow your onboarding tasks, in Arabic or English.
You sign in with an account your employer creates for you. If your company does not use Rakeez HR yet, see rakeezhr.com.
Attendance
• Check in and check out from your phone. Each punch records a photo and its location, so arrivals and departures are clear to your employer.
• Review your attendance history, including night shifts that run past midnight.
• If HR flags a record for review, you see the reason they gave.
Leave
• See your balance for each leave type.
• Request leave from a calendar, and withdraw a request while it is still pending.
• Follow each request until it is approved or rejected.
Pay and payslips
• See this month's payable amount, with earnings, social insurance, income tax and deductions.
• Open the payslip for any past month and save it to your phone as a PDF.
• Pay figures come from your employer's Rakeez HR account. The app shows them and calculates nothing itself.

• New employees see their onboarding steps on the home screen, such as uploading an ID or a certificate, each with a due date.
Documents
• Upload contracts, IDs and certificates, and see whether HR approved each one, with the reason for any rejection.
Profile, announcements and notifications
• Request changes to your personal details. HR approves them before your record changes.
• Read company announcements and get notified about approvals, rejections and documents that are about to expire.
Arabic and English
The whole app is bilingual, with a right-to-left layout in Arabic. Your language is saved to your account and follows you to any device.
Permissions
• Location is read only at the moment you check in or out, so your employer can see where the punch was made. The app does not track you in the background.
• The camera and photos are used for the check-in photo and for documents you choose to upload.
Privacy
Your data goes only to your employer's Rakeez HR server, over HTTPS. The app has no ads, no analytics and no tracking SDKs. To have your data deleted, contact your HR team.
