Ratings and reviews

I made the mistake of signing up for a subscription before trying it out since it was a good offer. I wanted to use the app to improve my Spanish by reading books in Spanish and being able to see the translation when needed. I was very disappointed to find two mistakes in translation and two words not even translated in the first two paragraphs of the first book I tried to read. I don't feel like any of them were super uncommon and one was a simple pronoun. I want to trust what I learn from.

It is very strange that the application does not allow you to finish the course and choose another one, or change the level. This is the reason why I abandoned this app. My level of language proficiency is about an intermedia. But I am invited to teach starting with the words "hello" and "goodbye". It feels very stupid. And there is no way to finish this initial course and start another one. Clicking on the "courses" button does nothing. I think I wasted my money.

This app will not let me cancel my account. I have been billed on two seperate cards and cannot figure out how to stop payment despite attempting to cancel through Google play. They charged me through something called paddle and it shows an upcoming payment despite their site saying I had no subscription. Very disappointed, avoid paying for this app at all costs. Now I'll have to try and cancel again.
