I dont know if Press is the same location for everyone but all the times I've used it, it has been excellent. Pick up is on time and delivery as well. Its folded and so far nothing has been lost. it's a great service

Service was okay at first. The price is all over the place though. You can send the same load of laundry and get two very different prices. It's best to just use this service in an emergency. However, the service has recently lost some of my laundry and at first answered my support ticket, but now are just ignoring the ticket and still haven't found my list laundry. I won't give a higher rating until I know what happened to my work shirts.

I've used Press over the past 2 years and I highly recommend them. Always professional, on time, and provides great service. The app and website are easy to use and gives me way more free time for other errands.
