difficult to do on the phone app , NO memory of past addresses, I only send to 5 relations but must type Everytime! BUT delivery is most tricky as no option for recipient not at home, often the flowers are not delivered...or days late and wilted 🥀😞 delivery is the big problem.

Quite buggy. Kept getting error messages and it took 3 attempts to get order through!

Edit. So, I had to call to put my order through because of the app crashing issue. I confirmed with the call rep when the order will arrive and was given a date. However, they did not inform me that the items ordered would arrive separately. This meant some of the items did not arrive on the actual date that was confirmed. Thus, the "surprise" gift i planned for the celebration was ruined.
