It's always sayinf drivers are busy and when I try to contact customer support, it asks me to change my number!! There is no way I can contact the support.

This is the first time I've experienced something like this. I reported that items were missing from my order, but customer support closed my complaint without providing any explanation or response. They didn't even take the time to review the two photos I attached as evidence. Very disappointing service. أول مرة تصيرلي حاجة كيف هكا. عملت شكاية على خاطر فما حاجات ناقصة في طلبي، أما خدمة الحرفاء سكّرت الشكاية من غير حتى رد ولا تفسير. حتى الصورتين اللي بعثتهم مع الشكاية ما كلّفوش رواحهم يشوفوهم.

It's good service as an Idea, but actually bad particularly due to weak experience of the staff especially drivers. wrong location most common issues, app gives inaccurate location. In addition location limited is one of strange issue!
