The app is amazing and some drivers are, but technically the app start doing weird stuff on multiple phones for example it doesn't showing the progress of the driver, and sometimes the payment doesn't register. But overall it's amazing

Drivers don't care about delivering your order in a reasonable time, they stop at multiple points and only start moving when you call them. We're literally at their mercy and the customers service is always late to respond to such situations. Been here in Libya for work and I don't know how many times I starved because I trusted my food to be delivered with Presto.
