HOW TO USE
1. Complete quick onboarding — set your daily step goal and choose km or miles.
2. Tap Start Tracking on the home screen to begin counting steps.
3. Check today's progress, distance, calories and walking time anytime.
4. Open History for past days, Analysis for charts, and Tips for walking ideas.
5. Adjust goals and notifications in Settings whenever you want.
